Due to our small size, we recommend reservations well in advance. In order to guarantee your reservation we will authorize your card for an amount equal to the first night's stay. This is not an actual charge to your card, but your bank will restrict this amount and you will not have access to it. If you cancel with less than 7 days' notice, we will use these funds to comply with our cancellation policy.
Cash, traveler's checks, personal checks, major credit cards and bank debit (ATM) cards are accepted.

Because we are a small lodging facility, we have a strict cancellation policy, which is very similar to most Bed and Breakfasts. It is our intent to be fair to our guests, but also to operate in a business like manner:

  • Reservation Cancellations (including partial cancellations) must be made 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date and there is a $50 cancellation fee which can be applied (for up to one year) to your next reservation.
  • If you cancel less than 7 days before your arrival date (14 days for holidays and special events), we will provide you with a Gift Certificate (good for one year) for an amount equal to the first night's lodging tariff.
  • No Shows - guests who do not cancel and do not show up on their arrival date - will be charged one night's lodging and will not be issued a gift certificate.

Every Room and Suite is unique - varying in size, location, decor, configuration, and appointments. Rates vary accordingly, but all Inn accommodations feature

At the front desk, we keep shower caps, sewing kits, and various toiletries in case guests forget to pack some.

All tariff listings are based on double occupancy (except The Cottage). Please add $30 for each extra person. Also, tariffs do not include state or local taxes. Weekly and monthly rates are also available; please inquire.
Tariffs include a buffet breakfast, use of Inn bicycles, admission to the St. Augustine Light House and Museum and 50% discounted admission to the Oldest House and evening social hour.

Not to worry! Most of our rooms are kept "pet free"... Only a select few rooms are ever allowed to house pets. All our rooms are non-smoking.
